Amber J. Adams is a Leadership and Executive Coach who works with mid-career professionals and emerging leaders who seek clarity in new directions, confidence in their capacity to lead authentically, and the momentum to move their careers forward.
As a coach, she partners with her clients to release and reframe the internal stories holding them back from their desire to work and lead from an authentic, human-centered space. She received her leadership coaching certification through the ACT Leader program in partnership with the Brown University School of Professional Studies.
Before becoming a coach, Amber was an advertising executive who led high-performing creative teams. When she found more joy in hosting clandestine meetings with colleagues to discuss their career desires than dreaming up new campaigns, she knew it was time to make a change.
As a brand and storytelling mentor, she enjoys helping leaders and entrepreneurs distill complex topics and cultural moments into easily digestible, yet impactful brand narrative strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and stakeholders. She is a native of Memphis, Tennesse who splits her time between New York City and London, England.
