Terms Of Business
1. Our General Terms of Business are the standard terms on which we prefer to provide services to our clients. These are available on application to contact@ainad.net.
2. These include a term stating that English law governs the contract under which we provide our services and exclusive jurisdiction is given to the English courts to resolve any dispute. When we contract to provide services to our clients we set out in the contract the fees payable and we describe the main features or scope of the services.
Professional Liability Insurance
3. We are required to hold professional liability insurance. Our professional indemnity insurers are AXA Insurance Company UK Limited, and can be contacted via AXA Insurance Company UK Ltd, 20 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0BG. We set out limitation of liability and fees in relation to the cover provided by our professional indemnity insurance.

We invite clients to provide feedback on our performance so that we can measure to what extent we meet our goals.
